From the A30 skirting around Penzance, follow the A3071 to St Just right through to the Market Square where the road opens out with the Co-op on the left.

You will see a Warrens bakers and the Kings Arms pub in the far right corner with the church behind. Turn right into the Market Square.

Take the road between the Warrens and the Kings Arms and continue past the church. You will see a large house in front of you and it looks like a dead end, but carry on down and you will find the road opens out in to a small square.

Lebanon can be seen on your right hand side to the left of the field gate.

Please park up in front of the metal field gate to the right of the stile, come through the wooden gate to the left of the cottage. You will find two further wooden gates inside. We are to the left - please ring the bell on the gate post - the cottage is the gate to the right and there is a keysafe on the post to the left of that gate. If you have not been to Lebanon Cottage before, and you arrive in the dark or you are not sure where you are going, it is easier to park up outside then give us a call and we can come out and get you.

Welcome pack

There will be a copy of our Welcome Pack in the cottage when you arrive that has full details to ensure you have a good holiday, but in the meantime here are the answers to some commonly asked questions:

Supplies

We supply at least one toilet roll in each of the cloakroom and bathroom and some pump soaps for hand washing. There are basic cleaning materials including some washing up liquid, spray cleaner, a couple of j cloths, toilet cleaner, etc. Anything else you need is easily available from the Co-op nearby.

Beds and linen

Linen and personal towels are provided, but not beach towels, so if you wish to use towels on the beach please bring your own. Tea towels, bath mat and hand towels are provided.

Beds are made up with two pillows per person and a duvet on each bed.

You will have the option to bring your own linen / duvets / pillows / tea towels if you wish. Please let me know if you wish to do this. I will supply a mattress protector and pillow protectors for each bed.

Dowstairs

There is a steam iron and ironing board in the cupboard under the stairs.

In the kitchen, in terms of smaller items there is a kettle and toaster, cafetiere, teapot, various pots and pans including a steamer, bottle opener and lots of other useful bits and pieces.

We provide a couple of throws for dogs, but please bring sufficient with you. There are some bowls, a towel, some shampoo and we usually have things that you can borrow if needed.

In the kitchen, in terms of large equipment there is a separate under counter fridge and freezer, microwave, fan oven, electric ceramic hob, washing machine (no dryer, but there is space in the airing cupboard to hang clothes and a washing line in the garden).

Garden

The garden is fenced off with a high fence and wall, there is a bolt on the inside of the gate so if you have dogs or young children there is little chance of escape!

These are just a few things as a reminder before you stay with us. For full details of terms and conditions please see your confirmation email.
